 Significance/virtues of Surah Baqarah Last 2 Verses

There are many hadiths about the significance of these two verses.

1. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said that Allah wrote a book two thousand years before the creation of the heavens and the earth, and revealed two verses in it, on which Allah concluded Surah Al-Baqarah. If these two verses are recited for 3 days in the house, Satan cannot even come near that house (Tirmidhi. Darmi. Mishkaat p. 187).
2. Whoever recites these verses at night, these two will be sufficient for the reciter (for everything in that night) (Sahih Bukhari, 5009).
3. Abu Mas'ud (R.A) narrated that the Holy Prophet (May God bless him and grant him peace) said, "Whoever recites the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqara at night, will be sufficient to protect the person from every calamity." (Sahih Bukhari, : 5009)
